    Experience our 1:30 PM service featuring a contemporary worship style. This service is conducted in English, with translations available in Spanish and Korean to ensure everyone feels included and connected (for all ages).

Evergreen Leadership

Our leadership team is dedicated to serving with humility, love, and truth, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep passion for God’s Word. Together, they bridge generations and cultures to guide our church in faith, unity, and purpose.

Who we are

We are a multigenerational community united across cultures and languages, rooted in the unchanging truth of God’s Word.

At Evergreen, we take the Bible seriously—because we believe it reveals the living God and His redemptive plan from beginning to end. Through Scripture, fellowship, and worship, we’re learning to walk faithfully with Him, one day at a time.

For over 40 years, Evergreen has been a place where people of all ages and backgrounds grow together in Christ—discovering His truth, experiencing His grace, and being shaped by the History of Redemption.

We understand that coming to a new church can bring up some questions.

  • We offer two distinct worship experiences on Sundays:

    10:30 AM Service: This service is more traditional, featuring hymns, a choir, and a formal sermon. You can expect a reverent atmosphere with heartfelt worship with korean leading but live translations available in Spanish and English.

    1:30 PM Service: This service English led and is more contemporary with modern worship music followed by a formal sermon and offering. Translations are available in Spanish and Korean.

  • We have engaging programs for children and youth during our 10:30 AM Sunday service:

    • Gabriel Ministry (ages 2-4): Held in the Gabriel Room.

    • Samuel Ministry (ages 5-12): Held in the Jerusalem Sanctuary.

    • Gideon Youth Group Ministry: Held in the Hebron Sanctuary.

    • Newborns: Crying watch room is available for all services in Zion sanctuary

  • Yes, all our main and public areas, including the sanctuary, fellowship hall, and restrooms, are located on the ground floor, making them easily accessible for those using wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers.

  • Crying room: available for all services in the Hebron sanctuary

    Parking: We have two parking lots, one in the front of the church and one in the back available to all who join

  • We are a 7-minute drive from the LIRR station. Rides are available from Manhattan and Queens boroughs; please contact the church office at (516) 822-6464 or email info@nyevergreen.com to arrange transportation.

  • At our church, we encourage wearing your Sunday best as a way to honor our time with God. However, we warmly welcome you just as you are. You’ll see a range of attire at both services, from suits and dresses to jeans and khakis.

  • Yes we have free parking in the back and front of the church.
